Service work lead by Mark Garcia has recently been great. He has advised us of the process we need to follow in a recent recall and tried to make it a smooth as possible for us since we live 150 miles from Sioux Falls. He has been prompt in getting our service work done and has provided a loaner car if necessary so we can get other appointments taken care of while in the city.

I bought my Q8 there in 2021. The service that I have received there has been top-notch. They really go above and beyond.In the service department. Taking your car in for service can be frustrating and time-consuming and I don’t feel that way there. I actually enjoy taking it in because the staff goes out of their way to make sure it’s not an inconvenience by giving me a car to drive, a ride, or whatever else I might need.
