He conducted a thorough assessment and presented two options: Plan A if the diagnostic result was favorable, and a backup Plan B in case Plan A didn’t resolve the issue. I truly appreciated the transparency throughout the process, including detailed photos of the problem area. Justin also provided regular updates and recommended necessary maintenance for my vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience commendable.Another aspect of concern was the expense associated with these repairs. It would be beneficial to extend special considerations to government employees beyond the standard 10% discount, especially given the repair cost creep up over thousands of dollars. Moe worked a deal for me over the phone and matched the agreed upon numbers when I got there. Megan and Moe helped me set up a surprise bow for my wife and treated us like family.
