This is the first time I bought a car from out of state and without test driving it. Audi of Des Moines provided excellent service. AJ was amazing and made sure I had pictures and video of the vehicle and we FaceTimed many times so I could look at the car. AJ answered all of my questions and was so helpful and patient. They were very responsive, extremely flexible and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
