2021 Audi Q5 45 Premium

I bought my first big girl car today from Vincent and he was AMAZING! I had requested information on a Toyota Highlander and he promptly called me the next day to give me a summary and offer an appointment to test drive it. I went today and fell in love with the car, he worked with me on the price since I have a new mortgage and a new baby. He was pleasant and efficient the entire time. Their financial assistant Sammy was just as amazing and patient with all my questions since this was my first experience buying a new car. They got the contract and explained all the paperwork in a timely manner, especially since my little one was becoming antsy. They went above and beyond detailing the inside and out and even gave me cute little headrest pillows for the seats and for my baby girl. I cannot express how amazing my experience was and how highly I recommend this dealership! I will definitely be back in the future if I need another car or even need work on my car. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this dealership after I’d been searching for my car for the last 8 months. The entire staff made this intimidating situation as easy & low stress as possible. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
