Channing was amazing to work with. He took time and helped find the perfect car for us, a Q6. This was our first time going electric and he took a great deal of time helping us understand the difference. He was very friendly, helpful, and felt like buying a car from a friend. Though everyone was great, I need to highlight my salesman Channing Greene, who really made sure my car buying experience was stress free, fun, and all around fantastic. He not only cared about what I was looking for in my next vehicle, but also took the time to get to know me on a personal level. He never rushed me or tried talking me into what he thought I’d like, instead gave me all of my options and the space to decide what works best for me. He has been so thoughtful and kind throughout the process and is amazing at what he does. I recommend Audi Chicago and their staff as a whole, but truly recommend that you ask for Channing when you arrive!

Even though I didn’t trade in a car, he still took the time to explain how it all works and what to expect Kenneth had excellent communication throughout, no pressure, and was upfront about pricing the whole way.
