The reason for this rating was I am very familiar with VW as I have worked in Europe for a long time. There was no pressure in trying to make the sale, I know what I was looking for and just wanted to test drive and see a few things. Staff was very courteous and respectful.

If you are ever lucky enough to have a significant car issue on a critical and trying day (death of a family member) I hope you find Steve and Zuri. They are phenomenal men with so much reassurance to offer. They were a few days out, I needed to get home and on the interstate my fuel injection harness failed. Thanks to a cancellation, Zuri got me in, got me a loaner for a few mins, fixed my car, vacuumed and cleaned it up and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. I can not say enough about their kindness, thorough explanations, and how quickly they helped me. THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO!
