2023 Audi SQ8 Premium Plus

Great selection with a “no pressure” sales team makes purchasing a car here very easy. The salespeople are very knowledgeable of their product. I have purchased my last four cars from this dealership and will continue to give them my business. I have been beyond pleased with all of my purchases here. I thought I would give other consumers a insight into this dealership. Having never dealt with a Penske owned dealership, this was unchartered territory. EXCELLENT experience. Started with Stacy (sales), then to Todd (Manager), then finally to Tim (Finance Dept.) Each person made me feel like I was part of a family. Very special. Being a car enthusiast, I had a TON of questions on the SQ8 I ended up purchasing. Stacy and Todd were outstanding - and patient. The last step was the Finance office, to where Tim was a pleasure to work with. We went over all the extended warranties, and maintenance agreements (which I purchased and suggest everyone else does too), was given excellent advice, and made sound buying decisions. Car itself was perfect at delivery, with ceramic paint coating applied. Stacy gave me a concise, professional, and informative orientation to the vehicle - very helpful. I have been purchasing new cars since 1978. This was in my "top 5" car buying experiences. It should be noted that when I was researching the competitor to this SQ4, the Porsche Cayenne S coupe, they Porsche dealers I called sounded like that had a minimal amount of interest in talking with me. Rather aloof actually. Cold, no personality. It should also be noted that with Audi of Escondido, the "negotiations" part was very short, and very nice. I did NOT feel like I was raked over the coals like some dealerships. Very professional, and the respected my TIME. I posted a few photos of my SQ8. I also got to meet the Service Manager (nice), and received follow-up emails from the dealership. I just dropped $120K for my Audi. They made me feel like a king. I recommend this dealership for Audi purchases/leases.

Excellent service department and highest recommendation from a new customer - I moved to the area from OH. I was made to feel like their most important customer and I will definitely be returning for my future service needs. Not in the market for a new vehicle at this time, but this will be my first stop when the times comes for me to consider another Audi or other vehicle. A sincere thank you to the entire staff!
