Chuck was friendly, transparent, and no pressure throughout the whole process. He explained the differences in the models I was looking at, and was just a pleasure in general. He worked to get me the deal I wanted, and I left today with exactly what I wanted at a fair price to all. Alex and Miguel in the finance team were also great, they beat my pre-approved rate by 0.5% and clearly explained warranty and protective coverage options. Paperwork was a breeze and overall I'd say Audi Burlington has some of the best people in the business. I hope to own this car for a long time, but when I decide it's time for my next vehicle I will definitely go back here without hesitation.
Second great experience buying an Audi at Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington, MA. The salesman, Jay Levy, was really helpful, and working with him was a pleasure! But the real reason I purchased my second car here is the service department. They have a really great service department. Overall, highly recommended.
