2023 Audi SQ5 Premium Plus

THE best car buying experience! Marvin Hinton, my sales contact, was incredible. Beyond professional, genuine, patient, and truly a great person. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to Sears, and to ask for Marvin. Marvin was knowledgeable, communicated well, accommodating, honest about pricing and process expectations, respectful of schedules, and available when he said he would be. He truly went above and beyond. I cannot say enough positives about this experience, and my gratitude to Marvin.

My husband and I called ahead and told Marvin what kind of car we were looking for and what it would be used for and that we were open to his suggestions. We show up and he had a list of cars and a presentation for us. He knocked it out of the park with the first one shown. He is the kindest, most gentle man and sales person ! We never once felt any pressure to buy and he was not pushing us to any certain car. He truly wanted the best for my family. The next day we got a call from Marvin with him checking in to see if I had any questions- didn’t seem like a sales pitch at all he just honestly wanted to help. Later that day we decided we wanted to go with the car and buy that day- we call the dealership and Marvin had left for the day. 10 minutes later we get a call from Marvin that he is happy to come back to help us - keep in mind this was 3 pm on a Friday afternoon- he was probably gone for the weekend! We show up and he has everything ready for us knowing we have a newborn with us and time is of the essence! It was so easy and we knew we were j getting a great car at a fair price. To top it off he put a bow on the car with a sign, my husband had to leave with the baby so Marvin took some pics of me with the car and sign and really made it special! Before I left in the car he sat with me and hooked up my phone to the car , programmed my seat and made sure I was safe and confident to drive! I’m so thankful for Marvin and sears imported auto!

This was the easiest and smoothest car purchase I've ever had. Our sales person, Boris, was efficient, prompt and accurately represented the previously-owned car. We were buying this car remotely as we don't live in Minnesota. When we arrived, the car was exactly as represented. Boris even had a red bow on the hood and took pictures of us with our new car. We had told him we were coming in from out of town and had a tight schedule. He accommodated us and got us in and out quickly. The price of the car was great...we had shopped the entire country for this particular model. The overall experience was terrific. Thank you to Boris and the Sears team!
