Car shopping is never a fun thing to do…but Danielle made this process bearable and painless. We were also skeptical because the reviews, mostly regarding the service department, were horrible. She understood our needs and was receptive to all our questions. Once we test drove the vehicle, she sat down with us patiently. She was not pushy or overbearing (like some car salesmen) and took the time to explain the vehicle. She was able to negotiate on our behalf with her manager and came back with a fair price on the vehicle. She truly went to bat for us and treated us with respect. Audi vehicles usually sell themselves but Danielle was the key piece in this sale!!! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come see Danielle. I want to give praise and acknowledgement to the receptionist at this location. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but she has a wonderful, friendly, welcoming personality.
