Alex Madison was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. He guided us through every car function, including setting up Apple CarPlay for us. Great experience. The service writer found that are vehicle had one free oil change left from Audi Care. And honored it. We bought the car used and were not aware. I really appreciate that.
