Bought a new A5 from Audi GR. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had (I've purchased 11 cars). Rigo was great--welcoming, respectful, accommodating, patient, and fun to work with--very down to earth. I finally got to just walk in and buy the car I wanted without being told it was sold and I should look at a higher priced model, or that someone else was looking at it and I should decide fast. This is how it's done--no pressure, no rush--just let the customer enjoy buying a new car. Even the signing process was enjoyable. Rigo, Kade, and Charlie are a class act-- professional and focused on the customer. There was a delay in me picking up the car, but they were fine with that and kept the vehicle in the showroom until I could get there. And, I got a beautiful green car--not white, black, or grey. This dealership has a great selection--if you're in Kalamazoo (or anywhere in Michigan) just go straight to Audi GR, don't bother with Maple Hill or other dealers. It will be worth the drive. I spoke to about 5 dealers before going to GR, and the staff at Audi GR was by far the main reason I bought from them (and they had a green A5!). I will be buying more cars from them!
