"People over Profits" that is Three 21 Auto-Sales motto and I can attest to that. I was impressed with them the moment I stepped onto their lot. There were no pushy sales people, just a bunch of friendly people willing and able to help me with a purchase. Two days after buying my car, it broke down. I was in tears, literally, I knew I bought the car "as is". When I called to inform them of my situation, the service manager immediately replied "We are not that type of car lot. What is your location, we will send a tow truck and can we provide you with an uber?" I was shocked! Most car lots would have reminded you that you bought the car "as is" but not Three 21 Auto. They really do value "people over profits". Oh, and a side note, their mechanic worked his magic and quickly had me back on the road. It has been over a month and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Three 21 Auto-Sales.
