I usually don’t do happy reviews, but geeesh this one was well deserved! On today I received some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life. I have patronized a many dealerships and this has to be the best experience I’ve had hands down. For starters, I contacted Neal late in the day and on a very busy Monday. I had my back again the wall and had been getting the run around from other places. Neal listened to what was going on and without haste assured me he could provide me with assistance.
