Looking to purchase a vehicle this is a great place to look! We worked with Cal here at Audi North Shore and had a fabulous experience. He took the time to talk about the differences in the vehicles we were debating, printed out information we may have needed and truly was a great support during the car buying process. Our test drive was a lovely experience as well and Cal went over everything in the car while making sure we felt comfortable. The facility and vehicles there are beautiful and truly worth your time! We had a positive experience working with Cal while trading in our old and buying a new one. He was a good communicator and knowledgeable about the buying process and autos. I highly recommend Cal as a great salesperson. We also enjoyed talking with a couple of other sales people whose desks were near Cal’s. When it finally came time to talk with Mike, the finance person, we had pleasant experience with him as well. There were only a few things I would change. The time it took to purchase the car was too long. We arrived around 1:30-2 and didn’t leave until 7. Maybe you should look into hiring another finance person. It might help speed the buying process. Unfortunately, we did have an unpleasant experience with the cashier. We realized that she had to stay late in order to take our payment to buy the car . We didn’t want to have stayed that long as much as everyone else that had to stay in order to help us buy the car. When my husband asked her a question, she snapped at him and had a scowl on her face the entire time. She needs a lot of customer service training. Overall, we had a good car buying experience and will be repeat customers.

Great experience at Audi North Shore! My vehicle was serviced for a recall, thoroughly inspected and even cleaned! I was able to make an appointment in no time at all. Connor, the service consultant, kept me informed throughout the entire process, was attentive to my needs and very personable. I was treated very well as was my vehicle. Thank you!
