2024 Audi Q5 55 e Premium Plus

Just completed a new car purchase, and the experience was outstanding. First-time Audi owner now, and there is much to like about the vehicles they build. Specifically on the Audi North Scottsdale, everyone was friendly and accommodating. There appeared to be a very good team dynamic in the culture. The associates were right there when help was needed, and if not, they made an effort to check to be sure we were all set. Our rep, Chris, was great, quick to answer any questions. When it came time to execute the transaction, the process was fair, and the actual 'paperwork' was all electronic with a nifty desktop interface to review the terms and sign the documents where needed. I had a great experience at Audi North Scottsdale. I needed to drive a few cars before I knew what I wanted and scheduled an appointment. Leading up to my visit I was in contact with the Salesman letting him know what I wanted to drive when I arrived. We ended up driving 4 cars and I am thrilled with the black Q5 Sportback I ended up in. Both Freddie and Shaun were great to work with and the whole process was smooth and stress free.
