2021 Audi Q5 55 e Premium Plus

Devin Simmons is the man!!! We were greeted by him as soon as we walked into Audi Columbia and he was extremely pleasant and helpful with trying to find my wife’s dream car. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process as well! In my past with buying cars, the car sales man would be a little hostile but not Devin! We were thoroughly impressed with his customer service and expertise. I really wish we could give 10 stars but I guess five will have to do. Devin, thank you sir for everything!!!!!

I’m a returning customer and had the same awesome experience the first time! Kyle is the absolute best! He goes over everything, answers and researches questions and if he doesn’t have the answer he will get the answer! He is also very patient and although I was a returning customer he went through everything as if I was a new customer. This dealership treats all their customers great, not pushy and definitely aren’t trying to just sell you a car. Ok so I’m a huge car guy. I’ve own 26 vehicles including my new one. Took a chance coming to Audi. Wasn’t sure what I was going to see. I met Andrew first. Really nice guy. Impressed me so much I came back later for a test drive. 2022 Q7 premium plus. Just what I was looking for. Next was Davis. Really nice guy no pressure sales guy ????????. I told him what I needed to make this deal work and he was good. Next I had to speak to the business Manager Jamar McKinney. Nice guy very professional which is great for me. He worked really hard to get me a deal that I was happy with. That’s all you can ask for. Can I leave here feeling good about the deal. Everything went well and I’m a totally satisfied customer.
