2023 Audi Q5 45 Premium Plus

We started car shopping for a small eco suv. After driving a few, we decided that an Audi Q3 would be a nice commuter. We found a very reasonably priced one with low miles, clean, nicely equipped at Auto Universe. Jason T. was great with the sale, they cleaned up the car and did an oil change. Easy transaction. Everyone was super nice. Very happy with the overall experience. I would buy again or definitely recommend them.

I was directed to Auto Universe body/ Collision center. The moment I called to speak to a live person in regards to me bringing in my car . I knew right there and there that my Insurance Agent directed me to the right place. Mr Adam in the body shop was exceptionally, polite, very nice, professional to the core, and a perfect Gentleman with a very detailed business sense. Oh boy did he deliver? YES! My car was restored like new I could not even see any dent anymore. He went above and beyond to make sure his customer was satisfied with the service. . Mr Adam went out his way to make sure that my To,and Fro to the car rental office was secured. I can not thank this man enough. Mr Adam, restored my car and my faith in this Great Country called America. . The lights were cleaned. I never knew such exist. I thought once you buy a car that's it. My car was detailed. Thank you Mr Adam, thank you sir .God bless you in Jesus name I am highly satisfied with the outcome of my car.

My experience at Auto Universe was awesome!!! They got me the truck I needed 3rd row seats so I could fit my sons wheelchair!!! The staff was phenomenal. Abdul and Lamonte are the BEST ???????? I’ve told everyone to go to them bc they won’t regret it. The process was quick and the environment was inviting and friendly. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks guys
