This was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve ever had. Zero pressure and out in under 2 hours. Jay was fantastic. This is our first purchase from a high end store (we bought a used Honda, so we aren’t bougie:-)) they must deal with customers that know what they want and informed. Used prices were comparable to the big chains. Will return if we need anything else in the future.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Nashua and had one of the better dealership experiences of my life thus far. Both the salesman and sales manager were very professional, honest & transparent throughout the entire process, which was a welcomed surprise from some of the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I did not feel pressured at any time throughout the process and had an excellent experience overall. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Audi Nashua in the future.

I love Audi of Nashua! I bought my car in 2021. Everyone there, from the receptionists to the mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There have been a few times where I wasn’t able to pick up my car when it’s done and they always let me keep the loaner until the next day. I have had vehicles get fixed at dealerships before and feel as if they always try and push things onto you that you don’t need. At Audi of Nashua, I have never had that problem. I love how they send you a video clip of your car, explaining in detail what it needs and then follow up with a phone call. They’ve never tried to push things on me and are always honest about what or doesn’t need to be done. I’ve had zero complaints or concerns about taking my car there!!

I brought my car in for a summer tire change over and asked for the summer tires to be inspected for wear prior to changing them. They determined that the “winters” had more usable tread and therefore we decided to keep them on the vehicle and for me to purchase some new all seasons come late fall. This took about 30-45 minutes however they did not charge me for the technicians time and were willing to dispose of the worn tires free of charge. I was thoroughly pleased with this service as well as all the other services I have had done there. I highly recommend them all for work you might need.

Easy to work with. Go out of their way to make a service experience great! We have two Audi vehicles, and I would choose no other in the North East for our service! Much respect to the team at Audi of Nashua!
