Our TDI had a broken intake manifold that was causing regen issues and choking the car. We had driven from Canada and were on a fairly tight timeline. They got us in, that day for assessment, helped us get a deal on a rental, gave our kids VW sunglasses and had the manifold replaced the next day! Everyone was fantastic and very empathetic to a car load of very hot, tired Canadians. No extra pressure for other work, just did what we needed. Trip went great, in no small part to their help.
