Literally had no idea about the process. We came from a previous dealership nearby(same day) but didn’t work. They were so “close” and just “pure business”. Called Castle right away, no appointments booked, and said they’d be glad to have us in and look into the car that we want. Long story short, we were able to get the car we wanted and drove it home later that afternoon. Anthony, sales manager, even helped us and agreed to a price lower than invoice. Everything went smooth then. They were very honest and polite to us. Dealerships are really hard to come by, its the “trust” that matters most. Even now, Amanda is still helping us with everything, service appointments and titles/papers that is really out of her control. She is extending her service to us. Now this is quality service. The shopping and purchasing process was great. They had a selection that was not brought to our attention at other dealerships. Our sells person Mr Rudy Hensley was informed and/or knew where to get our questions answered, even in service department. We had to bring our car back, after purchase, for an issue that was identified pre purchase. The young woman Ms.Helen took care of us and our issues, with knowledge and a smile.
