1st Simone is outstanding! She was diligent in her efforts to get me the car I wanted. Most important, she kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was able to reach her anytime I had a question or she responded as soon as possible. Simone took care of me on her day off. The guys were great and entertaining. I actually enjoyed my time in the dealership including the finance manager. I will definitely buy another car and drive 4 1/2 hours to this dealership !

I had my first service appointment for my Infinity QX60 and the staff exceeded my expectations once again! A service tech came to my home with a loaner vehicle and took my vehicle for service. He was courteous, explained the process and I felt my vehicle was in good hands. During the service appointment, I got text messages from Jerry with his contact info and informing me of my vehicle’s status step by step. I got the call from Stan to go over my service in detail and was advised that the same service tech would bring my vehicle back to my home. I opted to pick up my vehicle so I could thank them in person. They took great care of me and my vehicle was even cleaned and vacuumed as a courtesy. Stan, Jerry and the rest of the crew provided red carpet treatment! I am a happy customer! Thank you all!
