2016 Audi Q3 2.0T quattro tiptronic Premium Plus

My 17 year old son worked and saved for two years to by a car. We knew buying a used car came with some hurdles so we were skeptical when he bought a car from Boise Motorz. After eight days the car ran horribly. The motor was unresponsive and then the car just died. We took it to the dealer and Lee had it transported to his mechanic where they replaced the alternator. Then the we picked it up and it didn’t run any better. We took it to our local O’reilley’s and checked all the codes. When it was diagnosed we called Lee and he paid for the part needed. Now it is not perfect but it is a used car 12 years old and I know what we needs need to do to it in order for it to run correctly. They went above and beyond to help us and feel confident in our purchase. They are good people who care about their customers and will go out of their way to make sure car buyers get a reliable used car. I am so appreciative of how they treated my son and stood behind their warranty. I know they may have some bad reviews but they are only made posted by those that think they are are buying a new car. This is a used car lot who cares and will do their best to do the right thing for their customers. Thank you Sky and Lee. They have earned the respect and support of this buyer. We will definitely go to them in the future for our used car needs.
