My wife and I were recently interested in purchasing a used vehicle that Fletcher Jones Audi had available. Our salesman was Faisal Behroz. He went above and beyond to assist us with the purchase. Finance was also great and while some feel they can be pushy re: warranty contracts, which are not inexpensive these days with all of the electronics involved, we felt it was worth it to help protect an expensive asset. Everything was transparently discussed and negotiated where appropriate. We are extremely pleased with Fletcher Jones Audi and would consider purchasing our next vehicle from them before any other dealer.

I had an exceptional experience at Audi Fletcher Jones while purchasing our new Audi e-tron GT. We originally stopped in just to learn more about different models—mainly the Q4—and ended up leaving with a GT simply because the entire experience was that good. A huge part of that was Jose Garcia, our salesperson. He was outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, completely no-pressure, and a pleasure to work with. Jose is genuinely a nice person and clearly enjoys what he does and is very good at it! One thing I am adamant about when dealing with car dealerships is transparency. I do not play the usual negotiation games—no “let me talk to my manager,” no worksheets full of random numbers, no conversations about monthly payment. I am very clear I only want to discuss the total sale price before tax and license. Jose respected that 100%. He was direct, honest, and didn’t waste our time. The dealership itself also operates cleanly—they don’t pile on paperwork or add-on fees, which I really appreciated. Babak, the team manager, was also great to talk with and added an extra level of customer service without any added pressure. We also arrived around 7 PM, and everyone—including finance—stayed late with a great attitude. No rushing, no frustration, just genuinely helpful people who made the whole process easy and enjoyable. While waiting for another customer to finish a test drive of the car we were interested in Jose gave us a tour of their RS showroom, which was AWESOME The entire process - test drive, pricing and paperwork - was straightforward, fast, and refreshingly transparent. We felt respected the whole way through. If you want a dealership that actually listens and a salesperson who treats you like a human being instead of a sales target, I can’t recommend Audi Fletcher Jones and Jose Garcia highly enough. We love our new GT, and the experience couldn’t have been better.

It’s truly hard to find a dealership that doesn’t do mark ups on their vehicles for unnecessary items, but this is it! From the initial call to the drive off the lot the staff at this dealership was beyond professional and willing to help at every turn. Their enthusiasm for helping customers is unmatched and unseen in today’s new car market. Matthew and Eric were beyond helpful in locating the exact car we need at a price no one could compete within 500 miles. From initial phone call and traveling from San Diego and back total time was 5 hours. If you need a car this is the place!
