Stopped into Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown a few months ago to look at SUV’s, a salesman came out and his name was Rob Edmunds. He let us try several vehicles and was very knowledgeable about everything we asked. We ended up ordering a 2025 GLC300 just the way we wanted. Rob was very patient and helpful. Service was seem less check in easily got me into a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on. I had additional concerns about my apple car play connection and Nicholas responded quickly and the tech team had it updated and the maintenance was ready before the end of the business day. I bought my car in the Chantilly dealership but they were not nearly as friendly, I never got a welcome box or even a keychain or bow for my new vehicle I felt rather rushed but in Hagerstown they took there time and valued me as a customer. Great work I will be back!
