I travel almost 30 miles to have my vehicle serviced although there is a dealership closer to my home. Matt has always provided excellent customer service, very attentive and listens provides best solution I am very pleased the the staff at the Hampton location. Every service personnel whether mechanics, maintenance always greet every customer they come in contact with even if just passing along the hallway. Well worth the trip.

Matt and the service team did a great job of taking care of my G70. The chrome was very discolored and although it took 5 days to get it fixed it is now showroom clean and shining. The rear driver door was not opening properly, and now it is better, but still has a bit of a hitch to it when opening. I will monitor it the next few days, and if there is no improvement, I’ll be contacting Matt to get some resolution.

Genesis of Hampton gave me a great experience! It has been a while since I bought a new car, and they made the process easy and painless. Larry Plummer was professional and very willing to help me with whatever questions I had. He made sure to let me know if I had anymore questions I could call or drop by! Jerome the finance guy was very informative and very patient with explaining all the warranty info repetitively! I would recommend them for all your car buying needs!
