Super nice staff, they were friendly, accommodating, and very understanding during the entire process. They didn't pressure me into any sales, test drive the same day I walked in, they made sure to point out anything with the car as well. If I had any concerns then they had a mechanic on site to look at anything. They even fixed any issues such as a light bulb and wipers on site for me without any charge. They were also very friendly and generous during the negotiation of my trade-in as well as the car I was purchasing! They also had carfax on vehicles to see the history, any damages, accidents, and previous owners. They were knowledgeable on cars and made sure to inform me about the car. They never made me feel stupid for not knowing much about cars either. Overall I highly recommend doing any car shopping with Quest Auto, they made the process easy and comfortable and were truly friendly to me, which I was concerned about because I am a short young woman which can be difficult in some dealerships. Laura helped me with looking at the car and the test drive as well as advocating for me in the negotiation, she was super nice!
