My husband and I had a great experience with the purchase of a used 2015 Honda Civic with 46K miles. Mike is a personable, senior salesperson with integrity and customer service. He knows what the customer needs and is willing to help as much as he can. The biggest issue with going to a dealer you don't know, is trust - this value needs to be earned, and for that, it takes time, listening and communicating clearly what you can and cannot do. Mike earned my trust over the phone; he provided all the information I requested before I decided to drive 45 min from Kirkland to their car lot in Auburn. The transaction went very smoothly with the whole team - Mike, Tyler (kind and trusted sales back up person for Mike), Brian (company owner who greeted me with a smile), and DJ (Finance expert who handled the paperwork). For anyone purchasing a car out there, ask all your questions, line up your car inspection if you feel like you need one, and go in person to know who you're working with.
