2018 Audi Q7 3.0T quattro tiptronic Premium Plus

I was searching for a SUV and was driving by the lot looking for different truck which was sold that morning. So I seen the 2018 Chevy Traverse. It was love at first site. April came out to greet us with a pleasant smile. She went and got the keys and the suv was looking good. It had a few marks on the outside but the inside look brand new and can still smell the leather. Went in to do paper work and meet Tim. He was professional during the whole process. I’m a very honest review writer, at first I wanted to give a 4 star due to my BF asked the owner for a better set of used tires on the vehicle he claimed they was 50% left which only one was. I will need to spend $900 on tires before my trip. For the amount of the truck I shouldn’t be buying tires so soon. So the only reason I kept it at 5 stars rating cause of April and Tim. Wow reading the reviews it seems like cars breakdown after 2 weeks I’m only on day 4 I’ll update at 2 weeks Update 5/14/24 Like I said I would update. I spent $700.00 on tires already cause I was told they was over 50. Lies. Second had to buy windshield wipers cause those was useless I’m trying to figure out how this vehicle passed state inspection… The day we had the heavy storm with bad tires and wipers I was scared and had to pull over. So I would say check EVERYTHING

We saw the vehicle we wanted online and went into look at it the next morning. As soon as we pulled up and started looking, April came out and introduced herself. She asked if we wanted to test drive and went and got the keys. It was a smooth purchase. When they mean, no haggle, that's exactly what they mean. We wanted a nice cash car and that's what we got. The paperwork went smoothly and we left the lot with our 2013 Ford Edge with everything, leather seats (a little worn but to be expected), navigation, moonroof/sunroof and it's a beautiful deep brown that had a couple of scratches but nothing to complain about. Although we have to buy new tires and we are taking it back in next week for a look at a vibration we felt on the highway, we still feel confident that we made a great purchase. The customer service by itself speaks volumes. I truly wish they would fill the car up and clean them up before it leaves the lot but I guess all dealerships don't do that. It's still nothing to take their score down. They have nice vehicles, fair prices and great customer service.
