When I needed a few extra days to schedule the actual transaction, I was not rushed by anyone either. After I took possession, Victoria followed up 48hrs later to confirm everything was “good”. I had visited several dealerships and did not find what I wanted. The staff at Jack Daniel's Audi in Paramus were amazing from the minute I walked in the door. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and after browsing, once I told her that I was ready to speak with a sales person she immediately connected me to the manager who introduced me to Brandon. Brandon was patient and listened to what I was asking for without trying to oversell me on what I didn't need. He found me exactly what I was looking for.
