2011 Audi Q5

I stopped in with no appointment to discuss a possible trade in of my 2015 X6M. I was looking for something newer and better on gas but with the same performance. I had a conversation with Kamal Zahran and he said he had the perfect car just for me. Without hesitation, he pulled the car around for a test drive. Within minutes i knew it was the perfect replacement! Not only did I get more for my trade then I asked for, I got a discount off the new car as well. Kristina Melendy was amazing and so easy to work with. She had me approved in minutes and she really knows her stuff. Wow, she explained all my options and add-ons I can get very extensively. Her knowledge on everything was amazing. Also, Henry Hunt helped me setup the car and all the apps before leaving the dealership. He took a lot of time with me and was very complete. I have to say, I been buying new cars for many many years and this was the best experience at a car dealership I Heger had. ! Hats off to the staff and management for a very well trained sales team ! I bought My BMW i4 about a month ago. This dealership is wonderful to work with not only did they answer all my questions but they anticipated what I needed. Kamel my salesman was super helpful without being pushy. He always found out any answers to my questions. They did a cool unveiling of my car. There was no hidden cost when I picked up my car - it was the exact price. Henry patiently explained all the features of the car which are many. He sat with me in the car and set up everything. I even went back a week later, and Henry explained some things I had forgot. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this dealership really is the best one I’ve ever been too! I can’t say enough about how nice they are to their customers and how happy they make you feel about buying inexpensive of their cars.
