Great experience. I bought a Ford Edge 2 months ago from Marty for my son, who is a newly licensed driver. The car was exactly as advertised, after a 10 minute test drive, I bought the car. Well fast forward 8 weeks, after me asking my son weekly, how everything was, especially the brakes, he said "It runs great, but I think I hear a noise sometimes when I stop". I took the car out, the brakes seemed fine. But being overly cautious, I emailed The Car Vault to tell them about it. Even though I had no warranty,and the brakes seemed fine, Marty told me to bring it in. He threw it up on the lift, and checked the new pads, rotors, calipers & hoses to make sure everything was working probably. He took an hour out of his busy day, at no charge, just to put a parents mind at ease. I would absolutley recommend The Car Vault.
My daughter and I went car shopping for her first car over the weekend, and had a number of places on our list. After a couple of less than stellar locations (cars not as advertised, various issues, and poor service), we ended up test driving a few cars here, and Marty was a dream to work with. He also had the right car for us (a Kia Soul) and the purchase experience was also pretty much perfect. The price was reasonable, and so the no-haggle pricing was fine by me. There are also no document or other junk fees, and the vehicle was delivered clean and ready to go. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back - especially if they get in the right fun car for myself
