This is the best dealership I've ever been to! I'm a poor fresh grad and had to get a car for commuting to work so I went to a lot of dealerships to check out cars. In all of the dealers I've met, 1ne auto is the only dealership that DOES NOT force me to make a decision right on spot. Instead, Ken and Jeff there spent time to understand my needs and reasons to get a car, gave me recommendations, and let me spend some time to consider which one to buy after test driving all of the options. One minor suggestion I will make is that it will be the best if they can inform me about how they're going to use the information I need to give them when they're asking for some of the more sensitive info. But this does not hinder them to be the dealership that provides the best customer service! Since they weren't able to register my car to New Jersey directly, they promised to walk me through every step in transferring the registration of my car. Before I go in to get the car, they changed the battery, engine oil, did a annual inspection, cleaned up the car for me, and gave me dash cam as a gift! Another thing that surprised me is that Jeff offered to give me a highway lesson when I told him that I'm a new driver and is still a bit afraid to drive on highway it really helped me on my drive back. Overall, it was very pleasant to be their customer and as how I tell my friends about this: I feel very lucky to meet them as someone who knows nothing about cars and a first time driver!
