I just purchased my first Volvo and I absolutely love my XC60!! Maddy and Anthony were amazing! Love our XC90 purchased at McDonald Volvo Cars ! What an absolute refreshing purchase experience! The Volvo team was welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! We custom ordered ours, and it only took a couple months to ship. Highly recommend runner boards for the look and Captains seating if you have kids. There is so much room! Maddy was so kind, and we felt right at home. Even listening to the Service Centers culture on Customer Service when dealing with others, I couldn't help but be impressed with the full 360° World Class Service and Professionalism. We had a great experience purchasing a used Volvo SUV hybrid with Wilson! He is personable, relaxed, attentive (but never pushy) and knowledgeable. It was a great buying experience. He even noticed the car seat in our trade in and included a stuffed animal in the driver’s seat of our new car for our son! He also went above and beyond in helping me personalize the vehicle after the sale was finalized. We also financed through Volvo and found the rates to be better than our credit union.
