I was on my way to Missouri for a hunting trip and blew a high pressure fuel line on my truck and reached out to these guys for a tow! Not only were they very helpful and courteous they were very quick to get me going again! I had a cylinder 1 misfire on my way to Utah. These guys did everything in their power to help me. Unfortunately I was stuck for 2 days but these guys worked tirelessly to make sure I was able to get back on the road asap and safely. Super nice people working there and they really do just want to help you.

The staff is very helpful. Jenniffer started it off with helping me get to the correct person so I could order a part. Dustin helped me get the correct part ordered. When I arrived to either pick up my part or have it put in my car, Dustin, Kyle and Kevin were very helpful and encouraging about me being capable of replacing this part myself. I usually have routine maintenence done, but it wasn't time today. Thank you very much for all the help from Fleetside Ford in Osceola. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
