2019 Audi e-tron Prestige

Was very impressed with service dept. for our first visit. New car so it was for an oil change appointment and paint protection. I was checked in immediately with a welcome and warm greeting. Lounge waiting room was very clean and coffee station was a nice touch. Tech was on time and I was in and out very quickly. Did have to reschedule paint protection due to it raining, but that was okay. Kenny was a great advisor for first visit.

Wow! A dealership - sales rep, really, that respects boundaries!!!! He DOES exist! His name is Shayne Walker! Very respectful of what I said. No, really, he heard me when I spoke and then respected my desires! I love my new Tucson Hybrid! Shayne found exactly the color combination I wanted and we made the numbers work for both ends of the equation. YAY

Working with Earnhardt Hyundai was the best car buying experience I have had in the 50+ years of buying a car. The salesman, "Chocolate" was experienced and listened to our wants and needs. He was not pushy nor did he try to up sell us. The finance team worked with us to get us what we feel was the best deal for our situation. We were also given a good tutorial regarding the features of the vehicle. We would certainly recommend Earnhardt to our friends and family.
