2019 Audi e-tron Prestige

I Purchased my dream car from Audi of Honolulu. I live in California which made it a little more complicated. At first it seemed like it wouldn’t happen. I thought why would a dealer even want to deal with the headache of shipping the car out to me. Luckily my sales person was Robert who made the buying experience very easy. I was a bit nervous as I’ve never purchased a car out of state before. Robert replied instantly to my messages and answered my countless questions. Robert sent me walk-around videos and more. He was very knowledgeable with shipping cars out of the island. He went above and beyond to make sure I received my vehicle as soon as possible, by making sure all paperwork in the office was ready to go and vehicle was delivered to the ship on time. He personally delivered my car to the port and provided me tracking for my vehicle along with pictures before sending it out. He then followed up once my vehicle arrived. Thank-you for taking on this challenge and allowing me to own my dream car that I could not find in the lower 49 states. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle out of state or even on the island, I would highly recommend Robert as he has knowledge and expertise on selling and shipping vehicles.
