I know some people do not like having service done at a dealership because "It is much more expensive!" And to be honest, it might be slightly higher. But I have been dealing with Autohaus of both Peoria and Bloomington for a while now and have nothing for praise for this dealership! I recently bought a car from Audi Peoria and Mike made the whole process smooth, even though I was out of state. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy with the paperwork. Plus, he helped my transporter load the vehicle making sure they didn't damage it in the process. Overall, great service – highly recommend Audi Peoria and Mike for anyone in the market for a new car.
Shane at Audi Peoria is the absolute best. I had a very serious issue with my vehicle and he oversaw the entire process, helped to get me in a loaner vehicle while it was being worked on, and kept me updated the entire time. In addition, my vehicle was ready substantially sooner than quoted. So thankful and highly recommend him and Audi Peoria for service and vehicles.
