2012 Audi Q5 3.2 quattro Tiptronic Premium Plus

Michael Bishop (salesman) and the whole crew helped find me my exact dream car! For a first time buyer you expect a pushy experience (which is what I got at Michael's Toyota of Bellevue), but not here. Michael Bishop even gave me some lessons driving manual and a ton of advice. I got a follow up call from the manager the next day who gave me some tips on autocross and the like. Everyone I met had my best interest in mind and I felt taken care of and respected the whole way through. Definitely take your business here over the competition !

I was able to drop my car off the afternoon before and was told what was covered by my maintenance plan. They offered to clean filter near the hybrid battery for an extra fee but didn’t pressure me, just advised to have it done at some point. Waited less than 5 minutes to pick it up afterward.
