He made the experience feel much more personal and not like we were just a transaction. My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Audi Q7 from Jacob Freeman at Audi Fletcher Jones. Jacob was fantastic all the way through, from his presentation of the Audi brand, his knowledge of the vehicles, and his overall commitment to our satisfaction.
