We had an excellent experience buying a new SUV from them. We cannot say enough nice things about our salesperson Yuchen Wei. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. My husband is very technical and Yuchen went in-depth when answering. Buying a new vehicle can be challenging because there are so many new features to learn and he took the time to show us everything. Our trade-ins amounts were about what we thought we would get if we had sold them by ourselves but without any hassles. I was able to get the color and features I wanted the most without waiting for it from the factory. They had a very nice selection on the lot.

I knew what I was looking for and I appreciated the staff being honest and upfront about inventory and pricing, rather than a constant game of smoke and mirrors. The staff offered amenities and higher priced options but respected any declines and moved on without hesitation. Because of my experience I’ll certainly return and consider buying my next family vehicle from Carousel again, and again after that.

Once we'd worked out our deal, the dealer financing phase was also quite painless. The Mazda credit application was straightforward, and when I took delivery, I only needed about 20 minutes or so with the finance manager to get all the various forms signed for the loan, purchase, title, and trade in. If I'm still in the area when it comes time to get another vehicle, I'll definitely be reaching back out to Lewey and Carousel.
