2014 Audi S5 3.0T quattro S tronic Premium Plus

On a trip from Oregon to Florida my car broke down in the middle of BFE. Again. Needless to say, I was super distressed cause this was the second time on the same trip. Got it towed to this local dealership and the awesome folks there figured it out and had us back on the road in no time. Totally different issue than the first breakdown. They gave my car a full tune up and made sure I was 100% straight to finish my cross country road trip. Much appreciation to the whole team there. We took the opportunity to check out the small town and spend time with some wonderful locals. We will definitely be visiting there again. Love all the people there in Springfield Tennessee. God is so great to bring good out of a bad situation.

I cannot say enough good things about Reiselman GMC. Especially Izzy and Roy. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my family while purchasing a new vehicle. We ran into some unforeseen circumstances making things take longer then usual so not only did they get me into a loaner vehicle but they also personally delivered my new vehicle to my house. They have helped me with multiple kinks throughout this process and their communication is exceptional. I truly cannot thank them enough!!

They transported my 2500hd wt from Dover, replaced the waterpump plus addressed a couple other issues and had me back to working within 24Hrs. Fantastic service, communication and very professional.
