I purchased a pretty sweet X5 from this dealership. My salesman was James Day and I can’t say enough good things about this guy. Super easy to work with and very friendly plus, he showed me how to work all the options in this very well optioned X5. The sales manager Andrew Groves was also awesome as was the finance manager Abraham Santistevan. Overall. I highly recommend this BMW dealership. When you’re spending this kind of money, there’s lots of options open to you, but I believe that BMWs are pretty amazing cars but not all BMW dealerships are amazing. Santa Fe BMW is the right one for your purchase.
This dealership and workshop are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I prefer driving my vehicle to Santa Fe, as I trust their evaluations, their promptness, and common as well as customer service. Living in Durango Colorado no BMW is closer than three hours, but they treat you like family!
Robert helped me out tremendously and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m visiting here and my oil light came on. I went in without an appointment and worried about my car and within a couple hours I had a fixed car, good recommends for the city, a complimentary car wash, and a free ride to the local Starbucks while I waited for my car to be fixed. I couldn’t be happier and I wish there were more people like Robert working at dealerships where I’m from. 10/10. He deserves a promotion and what a great experience when I usually don’t like going to dealerships for anything.
