2023 Audi A5 Sportback 45 Prestige quattro S tronic

My husband recently purchased a car from Audi, specifically working with Haley from the Cascade team. From the second we walked in, we were welcomed and treated as a top priority, despite numerous other clients (all being treated the same way) having been present. After a test drive and talking through the numbers, the decision was made to proceed with the purchase, and for the next two hours it was about educating him on the car and the technology so he knew exactly how to set the car up to his preference. After the purchase was made, Haley reached out a handful of times in the following two weeks to make sure everything was going well and he was still happy with his purchase, and even had their tech guy Noah come out to the house to help with a few items. I have always had my service conducted at Audi of Cuyahoga falls because they always do only what I ask, and never “upsell” me on anything I don’t actually need or want. Due to the wonderful service over the years I decided to buy new with the same people. Chad was absolutely wonderful helping me throughout the sales process, was very patient, kind, and did not rush or push me into anything.
