Justin went above and beyond making the sales process as easy as possible. He responded to every one of my emails within 2 busiess hours and kept me updated on the process. He performed tasks outside of his job description in order to make sure everything was done right and on time. I was a little hesitant buying a used Audi outside of a dealership however, the concerts were clearly unfounded.
