Jane Wen was the best- attentive, listened, answered questions satisfactorily. I was so glad she sold me my 2021 Audi tt. Explained all features of the car including the navigation and entertainment ( or infotainment as they call it), important since my last car was a 2006 with few features. Felt easy to converse with. Pick up and delivery was smooth and efficient, with the final paperwork completed in a timely manner.
