2015 Audi A6 TDI quattro tiptronic Premium Plus

I can’t say enough about Jet Auto Sales. OJ my sales person was amazing to work with and answered all my question. Not only did I get the LR4 I wanted they have exceeded my expectations. I had a few concerns with the vehicle and they fixed everything at no cost to me. I have never had such great service and dedication when dealing with a car dealership. I will certainly be back and will refer all my friends and family to them. Jeff and Omar in service have been just as great. We drove 6 hours from Jacksonville Florida because they had the exact car we were looking for. My daughter's dream car is a 2014 Mustang GT with the glass roof. They had this car and communicated terrifically with me from Florida. Greg was the sales rep. He was quick with the information and the pictures. He supplied us with the car fax and everything. The car had a few minor cosmetic issues not expressed in the ad.... but the price was right!!! They made the process super easy. I worked a deal with one type of financing with a trade in, then last minute I changed the whole plan. They rolled with the changes, and said "no problem!". We rolled up at 2pm, we were rolling out before 5pm. Which was great, considering we were working with a Florida bank. We made it home to Florida by 11pm! We didn't buy a BMW..... but they were friendly, cooperative, and made things very easy. They didn't try and sell me stuff i didn't need. They were upfront about as-is condition. I had the car looked at by my mechanic when we got home, and I believe they treated us fairly and gave us a fair deal on the price! I would recommend Jet to anyone. My advice: If you are coming from out of state, be specific and ask for lots of pictures of any cosmetic issues. I read some of the bad reviews on Google.... but remember that this is a used car, as is, dealership. Don't expect a $30k car to be in $50k condition. We got a great car for the price! Reasonable car prices and no pressure salesman. I had a coolant leak after idling my BMW for 30min. I took it back to Jet Auto Sales they fixed the issue with no problem and also educated me on a few things like not idling my BMW for a long period of time and getting my oil change every 4000 miles. I recommend Jet Auto Sales for your luxury car purchase.
