The buying experience completely met or exceeded all expectations. I received a timely response to my initial inquiry and the amount of documentation, photos and supporting information that followed made it easy to decide to purchase my BMW without even having seen it in person or test driving it. The car was exactly as represented, all of the paperwork was ready when I came to pick it up and the price was fair. There were no junk charges and everything was transparent. I purchased a beautiful S5 from Chantilly Auto Sales Mid May, the price was one of the lowest in the country for the model I was looking for. I reached out and Tony who handled the sale was amazing. He was very kind over the phone and made this out of state purchase easy. Did a deposit over the phone and took a trip to pick up the car. The car was in mint condition and the inside was immaculate. The car was fully serviced by the time I came to pick it up including brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s as well as a full interior detail. The process of picking up and driving away with the car took a total of 10-15 minutes. Tony was friendly and made the process super easy. Love the car to this day no problems what’s so ever. I would recommend buying from here, even if you are out of state as it is worth it.
