2009 Audi A4

(4/2024) I had issues with my turbo. Another dealership kept my car for over 2 months (without offering a rental), and not only did they not fix the problem, they made it worse. I brought my car to Prestige and they had it diagnosed immediately, gave me a rental, and kept my car about a week (only due to back ordered parts). They fixed my turbo issue, and have just been great all around. Everyone I've dealt with has gone above and beyond. They're open about what my car needs and don't push services on me if the car doesn't really need them. The dealership is a bit out of the way for me, but I make the trip to have these guys work on my car. When I had another issue with my turbo, despite being packed with appointments, they told me to come in at my earliest convenience, which I did. 30 minutes later I had a diagnosis and a plan of action in the event it happens again. I love this dealership.
