First time visitings this dealer’s service center. Until the actual KIA of Serramonte service center’s open, I was directed to Serramonte Volkswagen for my KIA service. Desmond and Gabe were there to great and welcome me in. I scheduled an oil change and decided to wait at the dealership for my car to be ready. The waiting area was nice and had enough seating. I had paperwork to do, so I didn’t care what was on TV. Once my car was finished m, Desmond came to the waiting area and let me know everything that was done. Desmond lead me over to pay for the service and then I walked over to the service desk. Both Desmond and Gabe were fantastic!! They were very helpful and upbeat to work with. Their professionalism and dedication was really outstanding! When my car was done and brought out, they even washed it. What a nice surprise! Other dealerships I’ve been to don’t bother to do this, which is unfortunate. I had a great experience here and really look forward to returning, especially when the new KIA service center is finally open. Thanks!!
